Aero Advisory Group, a trademark of Wekalfy Prestation, is committed to providing aviation coordination and consulting services that meet the industry's strictest standards.

1. FLIGHT SAFETY & COMPLIANCE

Safety is the non-negotiable pillar of our activity.

• Operator Certification: We exclusively coordinate flights operated by carriers holding a valid Air Operator Certificate (AOC).
• Insurance: We verify that each partner has compliant transport liability insurance coverage.
• Grey Charter Policy: We systematically refuse any request for commercial transport on non-certified private aircraft ("Grey Charter").

2. MANDATE TRANSPARENCY

Aero Advisory Group acts as an agent and advisor.

• We are not an airline and do not operate aircraft.
• The contract of carriage is entered into directly between the Client and the actual Carrier.
• The identity of the actual aircraft operator is always communicated to the client prior to signature.

3. OPERATIONAL RESPONSIBILITY

As part of our Operations Support services (OPS / Flight Support):

• Our role is to provide accurate information (Weather, NOTAMs, Airfields) and logistical support.
• The final decision to undertake a flight rests with the exclusive responsibility of the Pilot in Command.

4. INDEPENDANCE & CLIENT INTEREST

We guarantee total independence from airlines. This neutrality allows us to objectively select the best solution for each mission.

5. CONFIDENTIALITY & DISCRETION

We apply a strict confidentiality policy. Passenger identities and mission details are never disclosed to third parties, except under strict legal obligation (Customs / Border Control).
